My favorite city in California is Hermosa Beach, and The Med (as the locals call Mediterraneo Restaurant & Bar) is my favorite hangout. Great tapas and a wine list by the glass, bottle and flight that live up to my high standards. In the summer, their house made Mojitos, Limoncello or Sangria while dining al fresco are a must! We want to make the best kosher wine in the world. To do this, we need you.
We need forward buyers, wine evangelists and investors. The winemaker and winery under consideration are already probably the greatest in California. The kosher cuvée will be identical to the usually non-kosher wine in every way except for the hechsher (kosher certification symbol) on the label, cork and capsule.
The wine will be sold forward and delivered in approximately two and a half years. The progress of the wine from harvest through vinification, sampling, blending and bottling will be updated in real-time throughout the entire process.
